Who can enter the You Play to Win promotion?

This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter. By accepting the terms and conditions when you submit your entry you are confirming that you have obtained this approval.

In order to enter you need to be able to access the website, www.youplay2win.com.au.

What do I need to purchase?

To participate, purchase any promotionally marked 1kg (fruited or zero), 6x160g (fruited or zero) or 12x100g (Fruited) of Yoplait Yoghurt in one transaction from any participating store nationally.

When is the promotional period?

The promotional period commences at 12:01 am AEDT 12/10/20 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 06/12/20.

What can I win?

Up to $1,000 Prepaid Mastercard to be sent out via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of entry.

How many times can I enter?

A maximum of 1 entry per person per day is permitted. Each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.

The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of five (5) prizes (excludes SA residents).

How do I enter?

  1. Purchase any participating product in a single transaction and retain your receipt. Visit www.youplay2win.com.auand follow the prompts. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  2. Fully complete your details and submit fully completed entry form during the promotional period.
  3. You will then be prompted to swipe up the Yoplait tub lid to see if you’re an instant winner.

Why is the website not loading?

I’m using Internet Explorer on my computer and the content doesn’t load?

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and it doesn't support SVG animations required for this promotion to activate. Please use a different browser to enter.

I tried to enter and submit my entry and then nothing happened. Am I a winner?

I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase how can I enter this promotion?

It is your responsibility to request a receipt from a member of staff. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

How will I receive my prize if I win?

The winner must download the Vault app on their mobile phone and follow the prompts in order to access the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard. Winner must have a smart phone device in order to receive the prize. If you win a prize and do not have access to a smart phone, please contact us via the Contact us page on the You Play to Win website.

How do I activate my Mobile Mastercard from You Play to Win?

  1. You'll receive an SMS from ‘Vault’ with an activation code.
  2. Click the link in the text message and you'll be directed to your device's app store to install the Vault Payments app. (Or if you’ve previously installed the Vault Payments app, click the link and go to step 4.)
  3. Click the option to install and then open the Vault Payments app.
  4. When prompted enter your mobile number and the activation code from the SMS.
  5. Read and accept the Vault Payments Terms & Conditions.
  6. You'll then see your You Play To Win Mobile Mastercard in the app, and you're ready to add it to your device wallet for in-store or online purchases.

How do I add my Mobile Mastercard to my device wallet?

First, enter your activation code to access your Mastercard in the Vault Payments app. Then you can press "Add card to wallet" in the app to add to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay. If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.

How do I use my Mobile Mastercard for in-store purchases?

Once you've added your card to your Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay wallet, you can use your phone to "tap and go" at contactless point of sale terminals (look for the Contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay logo).

How do I use my Mobile Mastercard for online purchases?

Your Yoplait Play to Win Mobile Mastercard is a digital Mastercard; you'll just need your card number, expiry date and CVC number. In the Vault Payments app, tap the card once to view your card number and expiry date. Tap twice to see the CVC number.

I’m having trouble activating/using my Mobile Mastercard. Who should I contact?
